Teleperformance (now branded TP) usually moves quickly: a short screening call, then language and skills tests, then an interview with the account you'd work on. For most voice and many chat roles, the English test is the step that decides it.
Teleperformance's hiring process, step by step
- 1.Application and screening call. A short call checks your English, experience and whether you can work the shifts.
- 2.English assessment. Applicants commonly report an automated test of grammar, listening and pronunciation, often Versant.
- 3.Typing or multitasking test. Some accounts add a quick typing or multitasking exercise, especially for chat roles.
- 4.Operations interview. An account manager asks situational questions and may role-play a difficult customer.
- 5.Offer and training. Successful applicants are often offered a training start date within days.
From recent applicant reports; Teleperformance doesn't publish one process for every country. Steps vary by country and account, so check the job post. Remote isn't affiliated with Teleperformance.
Before your Teleperformance test
- For the English test, answer out loud clearly and at a natural pace; long pauses cost more than small mistakes.
- In the role-play, acknowledge the customer's feelings before you explain the policy.
- Know your shift availability before the screening call; it's one of the first things they ask.
