Majorel is now part of Teleperformance (TP), and many of its sites hire through TP's process. Applicants report a phone screen, a computer-based English test with grammar and picture description, and an interview, usually over about two weeks.
Majorel's hiring process, step by step
- 1.Application and phone screen. A recruiter checks your English, background and availability.
- 2.Computer-based English test. Applicants describe grammar questions and describing pictures out loud, mainly for those who aren't native speakers of the support language.
- 3.Skills tests. Some sites add computer skills or typing tests.
- 4.Interview. One or more interviews, sometimes with a panel, covering customer scenarios and teamwork.
From recent applicant reports; Majorel doesn't publish one process for every country. Steps vary by country and account, so check the job post. Remote isn't affiliated with Majorel.
Before your Majorel test
- Practise describing a picture for 30 seconds without stopping: say what you see, then what's happening.
- Expect Teleperformance's process if the job post now says TP.
