Do they cost anything?

Signing up is free, and so are most exams. If one ever costs credits, its page says so first.

How do employers know it's real?

Every certificate has its own ID and a public page showing whether it's valid. The PDF's QR code opens it.

How long is a certificate valid?

2 years. Pass again any time to renew it, with the same ID.

What if I don't pass?

You get a score report by topic. Retake after 24 hours, then every 7 days.

Can I take them on my phone?

Most of them, but the desk simulations need a laptop or desktop.
