Foundever (formerly Sitel) runs most of its screening online, and applicants report a webcam-based set of tests: typing speed, situational judgement, a work-style questionnaire, an English fill-in-the-blank test and a short recorded speaking task.
Foundever's hiring process, step by step
- 1.Online application. Upload your documents through the application form.
- 2.Online assessments. Applicants report typing (WPM), 'what would you do' scenarios, a Likert-scale personality test, English fill-in-the-blanks and about 90 seconds of recorded speaking. A webcam is often needed.
- 3.Computer check (home roles). Work-from-home applicants may be asked for an internet and computer speed check.
- 4.Interviews. A short screen, sometimes a live call simulation, then a behavioural interview.
From recent applicant reports; Foundever doesn't publish one process for every country. Steps vary by country and account, so check the job post. Remote isn't affiliated with Foundever.
Before your Foundever test
- The scenario questions reward owning the problem and following policy: practise both.
- For the speaking task, plan three points before you start talking.
