About the role
A full-time senior implementation specialist role at Ashby, managing end-to-end onboarding for strategic enterprise customers using a B2B SaaS product. The position is remote but limited to candidates in the US or Canada, pays $150K–$200K plus equity, and focuses on customer-facing project management and technical guidance.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end implementation for strategic enterprise customers
- Develop and execute implementation plans
- Align stakeholders and communicate project plans
- Keep implementation milestones on track
- Tailor implementations to customer requirements
- Advise customers on software best practices
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Improve implementation processes and workflows
What you'll need
- Extensive experience managing complex implementation and onboarding projects in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of configurable B2B SaaS products
- Experience building customer relationships and maintaining engagement
- Change management experience
- Clear communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting
- Travel less than 10% as needed
