About the role
This is an on-site full-time role in 6th of October City, Egypt, supervising account advisors and delivering automotive technical training and coaching for a spare-parts hotline. It requires an automotive spare-parts background, C1 English, and 5–7 years in the automotive industry with 2–3 years of training experience.
What you'll do
- Supervise and manage Account Advisors
- Deliver on-job training and coaching
- Monitor transactions against QA standards
- Track daily/weekly/monthly advisor KPIs
- Handle difficult calls as first-line escalation
- Monitor call queue and performance metrics
- Coordinate with Workforce and support functions
- Conduct annual performance assessments
What you'll need
- Automotive spare parts background
- English level C1
- 5-7 years automotive industry experience
- 2-3 years teaching or training experience
- Strong automotive technical expertise
- Prior technical trainer or instructor experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant automotive or teaching certifications
