About the role
Ashby is hiring a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers, typically 15 active projects lasting 4–8 weeks. The role is remote but limited to candidates in the US or Canada, and it combines project management, customer guidance, and technical SaaS configuration work.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end implementations for mid-market customers
- Develop and execute implementation plans
- Ensure positive customer experience and fast time to value
- Keep teams on track to meet milestones
- Advise customers on software best practices
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
What you'll need
- Extensive implementation and onboarding experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Experience with complex, multi-module SaaS systems
- Comfort with analytics, conditional logic, and relational data
- Strong customer-centric communication
- Experience navigating change management
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting
- Willingness to travel less than 10%
