About the role
Senior implementation role at Ashby managing end-to-end onboarding for strategic enterprise customers in B2B SaaS. Remote within listed European countries, focused on project management, technical SaaS implementation, and customer-facing delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end implementation for new customers
- Create and execute implementation plans
- Work with Strategic and Enterprise customers
- Align stakeholders and communicate project plans
- Advise customers on best practices
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Improve implementation processes
- Support customer time to value
What you'll need
- Extensive complex implementation experience in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Manage several implementation projects concurrently
- Strong understanding of configurable B2B SaaS products
- Customer relationship building and communication
- Change management experience
- Remote-first work ability
- Travel less than 10% as needed
- Clear communication and critical thinking
