About the role
Promenade Group is hiring a remote full-time Customer Success Associate to support floral and small-business partners through email, phone, and social media. This entry-level role pays USD 22 per hour and includes health coverage, stock options, and company-provided gear.
What you'll do
- Handle high-volume user support requests via email, phone, and social media
- Serve as first point of contact for customers and partners
- Triage incoming support issues, diagnose them, and escalate bugs to engineering
- Advocate for users and resolve issues timely and efficiently
- Identify trends and inefficiencies to improve support processes
- Help customers and partners use Promenade products
