About the role
On-site call center role in Cairo supporting a global automotive company, handling technical and customer inquiries in English. It requires a mechanical engineering background and C1 English; fresh graduates are welcome, with paid training and transportation provided.
What you'll do
- Handle technical and customer inquiries related to automotive products and services
- Provide accurate and professional support to international customers
- Deliver excellent customer service through communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Work a morning shift with rotational days off
What you'll need
- Mechanical Engineering background mandatory
- Fluent English C1 level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the automotive field and innovation
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus
