The cheapest way to receive it
Both Wise and Payoneer pay out to Philippine banks, and GCash can receive Payoneer withdrawals directly. Wise usually converts closer to the market rate, so it keeps a little more each month; Payoneer is often what marketplaces and agencies pay into.
