How people in Egypt receive USD
Wise can't open accounts for residents of Egypt, so most people use Payoneer: withdraw to an Egyptian bank account in EGP, then use InstaPay to move money between local banks instantly for a small fee. Contractor platforms such as Deel can also pay out to an Egyptian bank. Bank wires work too, but the fixed fee on each transfer makes them the most expensive option for monthly pay.
