About the role
This is an associate client success role at a healthcare software company, onboarding clients, training them on EMR products, and handling support tickets. It is full-time remote/hybrid and pays $65K–$95K, with a 3–4 month onboarding period before becoming a full Client Success Manager.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Train clients and address product questions
- Respond to customer inquiries via support channel
- Lead Q&A webinars
- Handle escalated support tickets
- Guide clients through data transfers
- Assist new client onboarding
- Recommend process improvements
What you'll need
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics
- Clinical background or licensed rehab therapist
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong MS Excel proficiency
- Strong technical skills across software platforms
