About the role
This is a remote full-time French-speaking STR Specialist role supporting short-term rental operations and guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. It stands out for combining guest support with reservations, property coordination, and flexible hours including weekends or occasional holidays.
What you'll do
- Communicate with guests in French and English
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and issues
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest information
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property services
- Monitor guest reviews and satisfaction
- Update listings, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and owners
- Maintain records and provide operational updates
What you'll need
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, property management, or guest services
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO
- Strong written communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties/reservations
