About the role
A client success manager role focused on driving adoption and value for legal clients using Intapp's timekeeping and billing products. It is a hybrid London-based position requiring 5+ years of client success experience with professional services firms.
What you'll do
- Monitor adoption, usage, health, and engagement data across legal clients
- Execute data-triggered success plays for adoption and retention
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for client inquiries
- Consult with clients post-deployment on product usage and best practices
- Build proficiency in Intapp solutions and expand product expertise
- Identify and build new success plays from client feedback
- Represent the voice of the customer internally
What you'll need
- 5+ years of client success experience serving professional services firms, ideally legal
- Experience using adoption and usage data for structured outreach programs
- Ability to build product proficiency quickly
- Exposure to Intapp Time and Billstream or law firm timekeeping, billing, and profitability
- Strong consultative and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree required
