Technical Account Manager

Technical Account Manager at Ambient.ai owning post-sale customer success for enterprise security customers, from deployment and onboarding through renewal and expansion. The role combines customer relationship ownership with hands-on technical work across networking, APIs, and the company’s AI physical-security platform.

• Own customer outcomes from post-sale implementation through renewal, adoption, and expansion
• Lead customers through deployment, onboarding, testing, training, and operational rollout
• Partner with customer stakeholders across security, IT, operations, and leadership to define goals and success criteria
• Develop deep proficiency in the Ambient.ai platform and help customers apply it effectively
• Navigate technical and operational complexity by breaking ambiguous problems into clear next steps
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day users and executive stakeholders
• Capture customer feedback and field insights to shape product and process improvements
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer impact and expand the partnership

• 7+ years in a customer-facing role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, or Field Engineering
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or implementations in enterprise environments
• Ability to learn sophisticated, configurable technology and understand system workflows
• Customer-facing style combining structure, urgency, and relationship-building
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in ambiguous situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP and core networking concepts
• Basic firewall and network troubleshooting experience; familiarity with REST APIs
