About the role
Be the after-hours guest contact for 108+ vacation-rental cabins in the Smoky Mountains: answer messages on Airbnb/VRBO, text and email, take calls, and coordinate maintenance. 40 hours a week on US Eastern evenings with weekend coverage; Egypt is a listed hiring location.
What you'll do
- Reply to guest messages across text, email, Airbnb and VRBO
- Answer guest calls using the property knowledge base
- Coordinate after-hours maintenance with local vendors
- Escalate to the owner or day team with a clear summary
- Log every interaction for a clean handoff
What you'll need
- Guest communications, customer service or hospitality experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable during assigned evening hours, including weekends
- Calm problem-solver with upset guests
- Bonus: Airbnb/VRBO, Guesty or Hostaway experience
- Must record a short video as part of the application
