About the role
Content moderator role reviewing and scoring social media content against client policies for Dutch and English markets. Open only to candidates based in Suriname, with visa assistance and wellness programs offered.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Apply client content policies consistently
- Monitor and handle reports of abuse
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in wellness and training programs
What you'll need
- Suriname-based candidates only
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Must be able to read and speak English and Dutch
- At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Cultural awareness of relevant market and region
