About the role
Content moderator for TaskUs in Thessaloniki, Greece, reviewing and scoring social media content against client policies in English and Swedish. Requires at least one year of operations or customer experience and includes wellness support because the role may involve exposure to graphic content.
What you'll do
- Review and score videos, images, ads and social media profiles
- Apply client content policies consistently
- Monitor and handle abuse reports
- Enforce client terms of use
- Escalate changes affecting performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in training and wellness programs
What you'll need
- At least 1 year operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
