About the role
Sutherland is hiring a remote Microsoft Training Professional in Egypt to deliver live virtual training, hold office hours, and support users with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools. The role combines training delivery, content development, technical troubleshooting, and performance measurement, with a CSAT target of 4.25+ out of 5.
What you'll do
- Conduct live instructor-led virtual training sessions
- Hold office hours for one-on-one learner assistance
- Create and customize employee training content
- Collaborate with stakeholders on training requirements
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and assessments
- Design engaging and interactive training programs
- Explain complex information clearly
What you'll need
- 2+ years supporting users in enterprise environments with Microsoft business applications
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- 2+ years designing and delivering software training
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Confidence delivering live demos and answering questions immediately
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills
