About the role
Trust and Safety Agent for Rover’s European team handling complex safety incidents and escalated customer contacts in French and English. The Spain-based full-time role pays €35,405–€42,915 yearly and may require weekend or holiday coverage.
What you'll do
- Handle high-severity customer contacts
- Investigate complex safety incidents
- De-escalate escalated customer contacts
- Educate users on safety and security
- Respond to calls, emails, and SMS
- Assess and route incidents
- Review safety cases and user removals
- Investigate veterinary claims
What you'll need
- 2+ years Trust and Safety or safety-related experience
- 1+ years customer-facing de-escalation or crisis response
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Fluency in French
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate typed notes while talking
- Familiarity with Zendesk, GSuite, CRM, and telephony
