About the role
Enterprise Client Success Manager for a healthcare software company, responsible for onboarding, retaining, and expanding large rehab therapy accounts. The role requires daily interaction with C-suite clients, travel up to 20%, and availability outside normal working hours.
What you'll do
- Own post-sales onboarding, product training, technical support, and account management
- Coordinate enterprise go-live timelines, dependencies, and readiness activities
- Build relationships with senior leaders and C-suite clients
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, product utilization, and expansion
- Monitor adoption trends and client feedback to identify risks and opportunities
- Deliver client success reviews with strategic insights and recommendations
- Support client-side change management and clinic-level adoption
- Collaborate with sales, data, billing, and product teams
What you'll need
- Available outside normal working hours to support customers
- Resolve customer concerns and address dissatisfied clients
- Identify customer needs and present upsell opportunities
- Travel up to 20% for client meetings or events
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to learn BI/reporting software
- Knowledge of outpatient therapy front office workflows
