About the role
Zip is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager / Technical Account Manager to manage enterprise customers and drive procurement success on its AI procurement platform. The role combines customer success, technical account management, product adoption, and procurement advisory work for large accounts.
What you'll do
- Help largest customers drive procurement success on the Zip platform
- Define customer business outcomes and deliver them continuously
- Act as a trusted procurement advisor and thought partner
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT/Security, and Compliance
- Maintain customer engagement and satisfaction with focus on adoption and loyalty
- Manage customer health and account risks using data-driven adoption metrics
- Partner with product and engineering to translate business needs into solutions
- Train and empower customers to become product specialists
What you'll need
- 8+ years in customer success, technical account management, or strategic consulting
- B2B SaaS experience in a high-paced environment is a benefit
- Prior SaaS implementation experience
- Procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience
- Familiarity with ERP, HRIS, CLM, GRC, JIRA, or ServiceNow workflow tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Strong project management skills for a dynamic customer portfolio
- Creative problem solving and attention to detail
