About the role
Remote chat and email customer service role for Swedish speakers, handling inquiries and resolving issues for an international team. The job is open only to people living in Greece and includes a relocation package, monthly bonuses and meal vouchers.
What you'll do
- Manage incoming chat and emails
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
What you'll need

- Very good command of English (B2 - C1)
- Good MS Office skills

- Must work remotely from within Greece
