About the role
Customer Success Consultant for Centric Software's AI-driven Retail Planning and Pricing SaaS platform, owning a portfolio of 5–10 retail customers from onboarding through ongoing success. It suits someone with retail merchandising and consulting experience who can translate customer processes into solution designs and run quarterly business reviews.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of 5–10 customers and build strategic relationships
- Act as business subject matter expert during onboarding
- Define solution configuration with architects, data science and project managers
- Create and maintain detailed business blueprint
- Analyse markdown and inventory optimisation results and drive customer acceptance
- Lead quarterly business reviews, training, change requests and upgrades
- Partner with Customer Support and gather NPS feedback
- Support upsell and cross-sell with account managers and pre-sales
What you'll need
- Degree in business administration, management, merchandising or related technical field
- Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably fashion/lifestyle
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Solution-oriented with strong communication skills
- Comfort in a SaaS environment with Microsoft Office and BI tools
- Business-fluent English
- Ability to collaborate in a multinational team
- Willingness to travel occasionally
