About the role
Content moderators review and score videos, images, news stories, ads, and social profiles against client policies for a social media client. The role requires fluent Czech and English and is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, with on-site wellness support and counseling.
What you'll do
- Review content such as videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor and respond to reports of abuse
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in training and wellness programs
What you'll need
- At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Czech; able to read and speak both languages
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations in the supported market
- Ability to handle exposure to graphic or disturbing content
