What you'll do
- Lead or support customer onboarding and implementation
- Translate requirements into ClickUp workflows, templates, and automations
- Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and account health
- Build adoption plans and account reviews
- Map current-state vs. future-state workflows using the IER framework
- Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and custom workflow agents
- Identify renewal, expansion, and AI upsell opportunities
- Act as the voice of the customer for Product, Engineering, and Support
What you'll need
- Deep understanding of ClickUp capabilities, integrations, and AI Agent functionality
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks
- Strong workflow analysis and process design skills
- Ability to manage complex customer programs and stakeholders
- Comfort with dashboards and usage data
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Full accountability for assigned book of business
