About the role
A Bangkok-based content moderation role at Concentrix reviewing and removing user-submitted content that violates platform policies, plus investigating user reports. It requires native Japanese with B1 English, works on 24/7 rotational shifts, and comes with visa sponsorship, housing allowance and a relocation package.
What you'll do
- Review user-submitted content against platform policies and community guidelines
- Apply policies and guidelines fairly and consistently
- Identify and remove violating content
- Review and investigate user reports of inappropriate content
- Monitor emerging online content trends and harmful material
What you'll need
- Native Japanese with excellent comprehension and communication
- English at B1 level
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
- Available for 24/7 rotational shifts, any 5 days per week
- Professionalism handling sensitive content
