About the role
Content moderator role reviewing flagged online content such as images, videos, accounts, and text against client policies for Concentrix in Amman. It requires fluent Italian and B1 English and is office-based with shift work including weekends and public holidays.
What you'll do
- Evaluate online content against policies and procedures
- Review flagged accounts for sensitive or violating content
- Review images, videos, accounts, and text content
- Escalate policy violations using internal tools
- Maintain high quality in each case
- Meet monthly KPIs including productivity
What you'll need
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably customer service or call center
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in a related field
- Basic to Intermediate English (B1)
- Fluent Italian written and verbal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Awareness of customer service platforms and tools
