Spanish Bilingual: Content Processing Specialist (Customer Service/Content Moderation)

A remote content processing and customer service role for social media properties, handling public comments, DMs, CRM cases, billing/access troubleshooting and moderation. It requires fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish, two years of CX or social care experience, and rotating 8-hour shifts.

• Respond to public comments with brand tone and context awareness
• Manage direct messages and private support conversations end-to-end
• Use a CRM to review customer history, track cases and document outcomes
• Support account/login, subscription, billing, refunds and cancellations
• Provide basic product guidance and technical triage
• Use AI-assisted drafting tools while checking accuracy and empathy
• Follow escalation paths for high-risk, sensitive and VIP issues
• Contribute to consistent quality across shifts

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in social care, community management, CX support or digital customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with billing, subscriptions, access problems and troubleshooting
• Fluent in English written and oral
• Near-native fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Good home working environment with stable internet
• Ability to work an 8-hour rotating shift
