About the role
Rinse, a laundry and dry-cleaning service, needs a part-time support specialist to help its delivery drivers (Valets) by email and SMS, plus handle order entry, audits and scheduling coordination. It is a remote contract-to-hire role paying $8–$10/hour for about 30 hours a week on a Friday–Tuesday, 1pm–7pm PST schedule.
What you'll do
- Support delivery drivers (Valets) via email and SMS during their shifts
- Respond to and action internal inquiries and task requests
- Complete order entry tasks, audits and mass message communications
- Coordinate cross-functionally on day-of scheduling needs
What you'll need
- Available part-time, ~30 hours per week
- Available Friday–Tuesday, 1pm–7pm PST
- Reliable internet access
- Adept at remote work with minimal oversight
- Experience in administrative, data entry and/or customer service
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Open to expanding to full-time in the future
