About the role
A senior technical account manager role at Docker, owning a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, running platform and business reviews, and feeding customer feedback back to product and engineering. It is remote-first but limited to six European countries, and pays €104,125–€148,750 OTE plus equity.
What you'll do
- Lead strategy for multiple high-value enterprise accounts
- Act as voice of the customer for product and engineering
- Run platform health assessments and maturity reviews
- Advise on AI-assisted development workflows and governance
- Architect and execute complex adoption plans
- Facilitate strategic business reviews with senior leadership
What you'll need
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Senior TAM, Solutions Architect, Solution Engineer, DevOps Consultant)
- Hands-on expertise in containerization, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
- Track record managing and expanding enterprise accounts
- Executive presence with C-level and VP stakeholders
