About the role
Full-time content moderation role in Thessaloniki, Greece, reviewing and scoring social media content against client policies. It requires fluency in English and Slovakian and includes wellness support, but the work involves exposure to graphic and disturbing material.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Apply content policy and execute handling procedures consistently
- Monitor reports of abuse on the site
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Attend wellness coaching and wellness groups
What you'll need
- At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Slovakian, able to read and speak both
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and cultural awareness of political and social situations
