About the role
Docebo is hiring a German-speaking Technical Account Manager to act as a technical advisor and strategic partner for enterprise customers on its AI-powered learning platform. The role is fully remote but open only to candidates located in Germany and requires strong SaaS, API, and account-management experience.
What you'll do
- Translate customer business and eLearning goals into technical strategies
- Own the technical relationship for enterprise accounts
- Advise executives and technical stakeholders on integrations and AI workflows
- Monitor platform health and technical performance metrics
- Lead executive technical reviews and SLA presentations
- Analyze support case patterns and run proof-of-concept pilots
What you'll need
- 5+ years SaaS technical troubleshooting
- 2+ years enterprise or large account management
- Back-end practices and API integrations
- German language proficiency
- English communication
- Support EMEA time zones
- Travel internationally up to 25%
