About the role
Senior Technical Account Manager owning post-sale technical relationships for 1Password customers, including implementation, adoption, and renewals. The role is remote but open only to candidates based in the United States or Canada and requires deep SaaS, security, and identity experience.
What you'll do
- Own post-sale technical customer relationships
- Lead technical implementation, integrations, configuration, and security reviews
- Act as technical advisor for assigned accounts
- Partner with Customer Success Managers on risks and expansion
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to enablement
- Create playbooks and knowledge base resources
- Act as escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Represent customer voice to Product, Marketing, and Support
What you'll need
- 6+ years in customer-facing technical role in SaaS or security B2B
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation conversations
- Strong communication, storytelling, and demo skills
- Understanding of security frameworks and identity protocols
- Advanced experience with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, CLI
- DevOps or adjacent experience
- Scripting/automation or software development experience
- Mentoring and customer lifecycle process experience
