• Prioritize high-priority customer demands
• Manage high-severity customer contacts
• Educate users on safety and security
• Handle and escalate customer concerns
• Investigate complex Trust & Safety cases
• Respond to support calls, emails, and SMS
• Assess veterinary claims
• Enforce community guidelines and policies

• 2+ years Trust and Safety or safety-related experience
• 1+ year customer-facing de-escalation/crisis experience
• Strong English verbal and written communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in French
• Accurate typing while speaking with customers
• Familiarity with Zendesk, GSuite, CRM, telephony
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
