What you'll do
- Debug and troubleshoot product incidents
- Reproduce defects and file issues for engineering
- Replicate customer deployment environments
- Represent Technical Support in engineering discussions
- Respond to customer inquiries via cases, email, chat, and phone
- Maintain the Knowledge Base
- Contribute to diagnostic tools and utilities
- Escalate customer experiences to management
What you'll need
- 4+ years supporting enterprise software
- Strong ability to read and understand Java code
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience with Linux command line tools
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with networking and TLS/SSL
- Experience with scripting languages
- Solid English proficiency
