About the role
Content moderator role for Hungarian and English speakers at TaskUs in Thessaloniki, Greece, reviewing and scoring social media content against client policies. It is a full-time on-site position requiring at least one year of customer experience or shared services operations experience, with wellness support due to exposure to graphic content.
What you'll do
- Review videos, images, news stories, ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor reports of abuse on the site
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in training and wellness programs
- Apply policies consistently to support the business
What you'll need
- At least 1 year operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Hungarian
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of the supported market and region
