About the role
A full-time German-speaking customer service and sales role for a telecommunications brand, handling product, technical and administrative inquiries while identifying sales opportunities. It is based at Sutherland's offices in Pristina and requires German at C1, with prior sales or service experience only a plus.

- Handle inquiries about internet, telephony and TV products
- Resolve technical or administrative concerns
- Recognize sales opportunities and present suitable offers
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and team success
What you'll need
- Very good German skills, at least C1
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Communicative, solution-oriented and positive manner
- Motivation to develop further
- First sales or customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory
