Portuguese Call Center Agent

A Portuguese-speaking call center role in 6th of October City, Egypt, handling inbound calls, complaints and requests for Portuguese-speaking customers. It is a temporary full-time position open to graduates, undergraduates and gap-year applicants, with training provided and potential for long-term employment.

• Answer incoming calls from Portuguese-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries, complaints and requests professionally
• Resolve customer issues using company systems
• Maintain product and service knowledge
• Document all customer interactions
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and other departments

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
• Must work on-site in 6th of October City
• Graduates, undergrads and gap year applicants
