About the role

What you'll do
- Contact customers to present a club or benefits program
- Perform active voice service with focus on conversion
- Understand customer profile and needs
- Present solution benefits and conditions transparently
- Record interactions and results accurately in the system
- Use multiple systems and digital tools simultaneously
- Collaborate with team on quality and results
- Develop communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
What you'll need
- Completed high school
- 18 years or older
- Availability to work on-site in Barueri/SP
- Availability for Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:12 p.m. schedule
- Active listening and empathy
- Consultative, persuasive, results-focused profile
- Organization and accurate data recording
- Good typing and comfort using simultaneous systems
