Insurance Transaction Customer Service Associates‑ Contract Opportunity

This is a contract customer service role handling insurance policy, billing, and account inquiries by phone, chat, and email for Sutherland in Kingston, Jamaica. It requires onsite work at the Red Hills Road site and flexible shift availability, with paid training and health/life insurance benefits.

• Handle insurance customer calls, chats, and emails
• Explain insurance products and policy details
• Process policy changes and beneficiary updates
• Handle billing inquiries and payment arrangements
• Resolve complex issues with licensed insurance agents
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and refer customers
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
• Document call, chat, and email outcomes

• Must be 18 years or older
• CXC/GCE/City & Guilds subjects including English, or US high school diploma/GED
• Valid government ID, TRN, and NIS card
• Pass criminal background check and drug test
• Flexible availability any day and assigned shift, including weekends and holidays
• Train and work onsite at Red Hills Road site
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office experience

Sutherland works with global brands on AI, automation, cloud and customer experience operations. In Egypt it runs large contact centers in Cairo and Alexandria that hire English and multilingual customer service representatives, usually with transport, medical insurance and paid training. These roles are on-site.
