About the role
A Spain-based Trust and Safety role handling complex, high-severity customer incidents for Rover’s European marketplace. It requires German and English fluency plus prior de-escalation and trust-and-safety experience.
What you'll do
- Investigate complex safety incidents
- Handle escalated customer contacts
- Resolve high-severity support cases
- Educate users on safety
- Respond to calls, emails and SMS
- Assess veterinary claims
- Enforce community guidelines
- Document cases accurately
What you'll need
- 2+ years Trust and Safety experience
- 1+ years customer-facing de-escalation experience
- Strong English communication
- German fluency
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate typing while speaking
- Familiarity with Zendesk/GSuite/CRM
