Customer Service Consultant (Korean Speaker) ‑ For Hotel Industry

The role is a Korean-speaking customer service consultant for a hotel team in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. It involves supporting Korean-speaking guests by phone, email, and in person, resolving concerns, coordinating with hotel departments, and assisting with check-in and check-out.

• Respond to guest inquiries in Korean and English via phone, email, and in person
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide personalized guest assistance, including reservations and local information
• Maintain records of guest interactions using hotel systems and CRM software
• Identify opportunities to upsell hotel services and amenities
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on hotel policies

• Fluent in Korean and strong English communication
• Customer service experience, preferably in hotel, hospitality, or tourism
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and patience
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
