Russian Customer Service Agent

A temporary full-time role answering calls from Russian-speaking customers and resolving inquiries, complaints and requests for RayaCX. It requires fluent Russian and English and on-site work at the company's 6th of October City office in Egypt, with a possibility of long-term employment.

• Answer incoming calls from Russian-speaking customers
• Handle inquiries, complaints and requests professionally
• Use company systems to resolve customer issues
• Maintain product and service knowledge
• Document customer interactions and keep accurate records
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and other departments

• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applications
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Must work on-site in 6th of October City, Egypt
