What you'll do
- Build strong client relationships as a strategic partner
- Train and support clients after go-live
- Respond to customer inquiries through the support channel
- Lead question-and-answer webinars
- Handle escalated support tickets with specific workflows
- Help prevent downgrades and churn
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Delegate questions to appropriate teams
What you'll need
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics
- Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong technical skills across software platforms
- Highly proficient in MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in live software settings
- Willingness to work outside normal hours at times
