Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate | Music Streaming Services | Shaw

Bilingual customer service role for a music streaming account, handling subscriptions, account registration, cancellations, and email/chat/call support in English and Japanese. The position is based in Shaw, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, and requires at least two years of college or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Provide bilingual customer support in English and Japanese across live and non-live channels
• Handle email, chat, and calls using provided tools
• Resolve customer issues and maintain rapport
• Accurately capture required information in tools
• Report email/chat/call activity to supervisor or lead
• Complete tasks within specified time
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Adhere to non-disclosure agreement

• At least 2 years in college or High School Graduate with relevant work experience
• Excellent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers
• Good customer service and problem solving skills
• Meet daily targets for Key Result Areas
