About the role
Content moderator reviewing and scoring videos, images, ads, and social media profiles for a social media client, enforcing content policies in English and Ukrainian. The role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece and includes wellness support because the content can include graphic or disturbing material.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce the client’s terms of use and content policies
- Monitor reports of abuse on the site
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security, confidentiality, and project requirements
- Participate in training and program reporting
- Attend wellness coaching and wellness groups
What you'll need
- At least one year of operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Ability to read and speak English and Ukrainian
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy
- Cultural awareness of political and social situations
