What you'll do
- Solve complex customer issues alongside AI
- Fix root causes of customer problems
- Maintain high quality of AI-handled conversations
- Review prompts and identify patterns at scale
- Support customers across websites, domains, emails, billing, and builder tools
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge
What you'll need
- Fluent English and Lithuanian, written and spoken
- Deep technical troubleshooting experience in hosting, infrastructure, networking, or similar
- Understanding of web hosting fundamentals
- Already using AI to build or automate work processes
- Ability to explain technical complexity to non-technical customers
- Comfortable with uncertainty and changing responsibilities
