About the role
Content moderator reviewing and scoring social media content against client policies, including graphic or disturbing material. Requires fluency in English and a Western Balkan language plus at least one year of operations or customer-experience experience; the role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
What you'll do
- Review videos, news stories, pictures, political ads, and social media profiles
- Score content for age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency
- Enforce client terms of use and content policies
- Monitor reports of abuse on the site
- Escalate changes that may impact performance or KPIs
- Adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
What you'll need
- At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or customer experience
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Western Balkan
- Must be able to read and speak the required languages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and cultural awareness
